Plan your travel
Places you want to see someday, what’s booked for the next trip, and notes on where you loved eating. Ask your assistant for the bookings in order, or where on your list is warm in February.
An example
@ADoor Booked the Lisbon flight, TP 761 on Nov 14 at 10:05, and the hotel in Alfama for 4 nights. Save Taberna da Rua das Flores as a place to eat, a friend said it's great.

What you can ask later
- “What’s booked for Lisbon, in order?”
- “Which places did friends recommend in Portugal?”
- “Where haven’t I been that’s on my list and warm in February?”
- “What did I spend on the Japan trip?”
Who can see what
- Only you by default.
- Someone you travel with can get read access to one trip’s bookings, plus add access to Places.
- A house sitter can read the flight times only.
How it compares with TripIt or a notes app
TripIt is better at reading confirmation emails automatically and alerting you to flight changes. Google Maps lists are better for seeing places on a map.
ADoor holds your long-running list of where you want to go and what you thought, plus bookings you can ask about in plain words. Share one trip with one person, with exactly the access you pick.
How to start
- Sign in to ADoor, then add it to an assistant like ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Cursor through MCP.
- Tell it: “Keep my travel: a Places list (place, city, country, why, who recommended it) and a Bookings list (trip, what, when, reference, cost).”
- Paste each booking confirmation into your assistant as it arrives.
Questions people ask
Can it read my booking emails?
No. Paste the confirmation into your assistant and it saves the details.
Can I plan a trip with friends?
Yes. See Plan a trip with friends.
Do I have to pay?
Not on the free plan, which holds 3 tables and 100 rows. Pro is $10 a month per workspace, with 1 GB of storage and no per-GB charges.
Can I take access back?
Yes, at any time. It applies from their next request, and their earlier entries stay with their name on them.
