Keep a log of your own numbers

Weight in the morning, hours slept, steps walked. Tell your assistant the number, and ADoor, your data account, saves it with the date and unit so you can follow the trend over months.

An example

@ADoor Weighed 78.4 this morning, slept about 6 and a half hours. Walked 9,400 steps yesterday.

What you can ask later

  • “What’s my average weight this month compared with last month?”
  • “How many nights did I sleep under 7 hours in October?”
  • “Do I sleep worse on days I train late?”
  • “List every day I walked under 5,000 steps.”
  • “Chart my weight and sleep for the last 90 days.”

Who can see what

  • Only you by default. Your readings stay in your own space, and only the assistants you connect can reach it.
  • Any time, ask your assistant for the readings since a date, or export them as CSV.
  • A family member can get read access to one measure, such as sleep, while weight stays private.

How it compares with a fitness app

Apple Health, Google Fit and your watch win at collecting readings automatically from your devices and showing them in polished charts.

ADoor suits readings you take by hand, from a bathroom scale or a note on your phone. Say the number in a sentence, and it’s saved with a date and a unit. Because your workouts and diet log can sit in the same account, your assistant can line them up and look for patterns.

How to start

  1. Sign in to ADoor and connect an assistant like ChatGPT. Claude, Grok and Cursor connect the same way, through MCP.
  2. Tell it: “Keep a readings log for me: date, measure (weight, sleep, steps and so on), value and unit.”
  3. Tell your assistant each reading when you take it.

Questions people ask

Are my readings shared with anyone?

Only with the people and assistants you give access to. Each one gets its own access, and you can revoke it at any time.

Can I bring in readings from my phone?

ADoor has no sync connectors. Export what you need as CSV and attach it in your assistant.

Do I have to pay?

Not on the free plan, which holds 3 tables and 100 rows. Pro is $10 a month per workspace, with 1 GB of storage and no per-GB charges.

Can I export everything?

Yes, as CSV or JSON, whenever you want. Ask your assistant for the export or download it yourself.
