Track partners and resellers
Your partners, the leads they register, what closed and what commission you owe. Each partner sees only the referrals where Partner is their name.
An example
@ADoor Nordic Consulting referred Forma, signed at 48,000. Their commission is 15%.
ADoor Added 1 entry to Referrals
What you can ask later
- “What commissions are due this quarter?”
- “Which partner brings the most closed revenue?”
- “Which referrals from Bright Agency haven’t closed yet?”
- “When does each partner agreement end?”
Who can see what
- Each partner adds referrals and reads only the ones where Partner is their name, through their own ChatGPT or Claude.
- Your partner manager sees every partner.
- Finance edits payouts.
- When an agreement ends, remove the partner’s access. It takes effect on their next request, and their referrals stay.
How it compares with PartnerStack or a spreadsheet
PartnerStack and similar platforms handle tracking links, automatic attribution and partner payouts, and ADoor does none of those.
A hands-on partner program runs well in ADoor: partners register leads themselves and see only the entries with their name, with one grant per partner. There’s no portal to build, and no shared spreadsheet that shows everyone everything.
How to start
- Sign in to ADoor and connect an assistant like ChatGPT. Claude, Grok and Cursor connect the same way, through MCP.
- Tell it: “Set up a partner tracker: Partners (name, agreement end, commission), Referrals (partner, customer, value, status) and Payouts.”
- Invite each partner with access limited to the referrals where Partner is their name.
Questions people ask
Can partners see each other?
No. Each partner’s access can be limited to the entries where Partner is their name, with one grant per partner.
Can it pay partners?
No. Record payouts here and pay through your usual tools.
What does it cost?
Nothing on the free plan, which holds 3 tables and 100 rows. Pro is $10 a month per workspace, with 1 GB of storage and no per-GB charges.
Does it work with Claude and Grok too?
Yes. ChatGPT, Claude, Grok and Cursor all connect through MCP with a sign-in, and each gets its own access that you can narrow or remove later.
