ADoor doesn’t send notifications. ChatGPT and Claude can run a scheduled task each evening that asks how the day went and saves your check-in.

Can I change my habits later?

Yes. Add or retire a habit whenever you like; the history stays.

How much does ADoor cost?

The free plan holds 3 tables and 100 rows, enough to start a list like this. Pro is $10 a month per workspace, with 1 GB of storage and no per-GB charges.

What if someone leaves?

Remove their access and it stops working on their next request. The history still shows what they added and changed.
