Keep a schedule of what is due and when to refill
Each medicine and supplement, the dose, when you take it and when the pack runs out. Before an appointment, ask your assistant for the full list instead of reading every bottle.
An example
@ADoor Started vitamin D, 1000 IU every morning, 90 tablets. Also took my evening ibuprofen at 9.
ADoor Added 1 entry to Medications and 1 to Doses taken
What you can ask later
- “What runs out in the next two weeks?”
- “Did I take my evening dose yesterday?”
- “List everything I take, with doses, for my appointment.”
- “When did I start the magnesium?”
Who can see what
- Only you by default.
- A partner or carer can get read access to Medications and add access to Doses taken, so they can log a dose they gave you without changing the schedule.
- For an appointment, export the list as CSV or ask your assistant to write it out.
How it compares with a pill reminder app
Reminder apps like Medisafe are better at the one thing they do: push notifications at the right minute and drug interaction warnings. ADoor doesn’t send reminders.
As the record, ADoor does more: what you take, why, since when and what the doctor changed. Someone who helps you can log a dose they gave without being able to touch the schedule.
How to start
- Connect ADoor to your assistant. ChatGPT, Claude, Grok and Cursor all connect through MCP.
- Tell it: “Keep a list of my medications and supplements: name, dose, when I take it, tablets left and when it runs out. Add a log of doses taken.”
- When a prescription changes, tell your assistant the new dose and the date.
Questions people ask
Does ADoor remind me to take things?
ADoor doesn’t send alerts itself. Keep your phone alarm for the dose, and ask ChatGPT or Claude to run a weekly scheduled task that checks what runs out soon.
Can someone else log a dose for me?
Yes. Give them add access to Doses taken and nothing else.
What does it cost?
Nothing on the free plan, which holds 3 tables and 100 rows. Pro is $10 a month per workspace, with 1 GB of storage and no per-GB charges.
Can I take access back?
Yes, at any time. It applies from their next request, and their earlier entries stay with their name on them.
