Share research notes
Short findings, open questions, ideas worth trying and the papers behind them. An agent can check what the team already knows before it starts a new experiment.
An example
@ADoor Note: long-context recall drops sharply past 64k tokens on our needle test, for every model since r-0390. Possibly the RoPE scaling. Related: the YaRN paper.
ADoor Added 1 entry to Findings and 1 to Papers
What you can ask later
- “What do we know about long-context recall?”
- “Which open questions have had no update in a month?”
- “What papers did we note on RoPE?”
- “What did Kim confirm about learning rate schedules?”
Who can see what
- Researchers add and edit findings.
- Agents read all findings and can add new ones marked as unreviewed, but can’t change confirmed ones.
- Collaborators outside the team can read one area only.
How it compares with Notion or a wiki
Notion and wikis are better for long write-ups with figures, equations and comments in the margin.
Short, structured findings that people and agents can query are a good fit for ADoor. An agent checks what the team knows before it starts, and field-level access keeps confirmed results safe from it.
How to start
- Connect ADoor to your assistant. ChatGPT, Claude, Grok and Cursor all connect through MCP.
- Tell it: “Set up research notes: Findings (finding, area, status, evidence, by), Open questions and Papers.”
- Give agents add access with Status fixed to unreviewed, so a person confirms each finding.
Questions people ask
Can agents write notes?
Yes, with the access you choose, for example add-only, with a status field they can’t set to confirmed.
Can I write long notes?
Yes, but short findings are easier for agents to search.
What does ADoor cost?
It’s free for up to 3 tables and 100 rows. Pro is $10 a month per workspace, with 1 GB of storage and no per-GB charges.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Anything you can see downloads as CSV or JSON.
