Report from many sources

Exports from Stripe, HubSpot, your support tool and a few spreadsheets, in one place where you can ask questions across them, in plain words or plain SQL.

An example

@ADoor Import this month's Stripe invoices and the HubSpot deals export, then tell me revenue per sales rep for October.

ADoor Added 214 entries to Invoices and 96 to Deals

What you can ask later

  • “What’s revenue per rep this month?”
  • “How many support issues came from our ten biggest customers?”
  • “Which customers pay late and have open issues?”
  • “Run the weekly KPI query and compare with last week.”
  • “Chart weekly revenue against new support issues.”

Who can see what

  • Each team adds its own data and reads what it needs.
  • Leadership reads the combined numbers.
  • A nightly script posts exports through the HTTP API, or a GitHub Actions job does it with short-lived access.
  • A reporting agent runs read-only SQL and writes nothing.

How it compares with a BI tool

BI tools like Looker and Metabase are better at dashboards and scheduled reports, and warehouses like BigQuery are better at large volumes and automatic pipelines from hundreds of sources.

To start today, ADoor is quicker: hand your assistant the exports, ask your question, write plain SQL when you want, and keep each team’s access separate. Ask for any chart you need.

How to start

  1. Sign in to ADoor and connect an assistant like ChatGPT. Claude, Grok and Cursor connect the same way, through MCP.
  2. Tell it: “Set up a reporting space: import our exports as lists, then ask your first question.”
  3. Give leadership read access to the combined lists, and a reporting agent read-only access.

Questions people ask

Does ADoor sync with my tools?

No. Bring data in as CSV or JSON, or post it through the HTTP API from a script.

Can I run plain SQL?

Yes. Standard Postgres SQL through MCP and the API, within your access.

What does ADoor cost?

It’s free for up to 3 tables and 100 rows. Pro is $10 a month per workspace, with 1 GB of storage and no per-GB charges.

Can I take access back?

Yes, at any time. It applies from their next request, and their earlier entries stay with their name on them.
