Who can see what

  • The babysitter reads the Handover list, Routines and Emergency contacts, and adds to the log. They can’t see anything else in the family space.
  • Both parents read and edit everything.
  • When the sitter stops working for you, remove their access. It takes effect on their next request, and their notes stay.

How it compares with texts and a note on the fridge

A note on the fridge is better when the power is out, so keep the emergency numbers there too.
