Plan a content calendar
Every post, article and video, with the channel, the owner, the status and the publish date. Ask what’s going out next week, or which drafts are late.
An example
@ADoor Schedule the pricing explainer for the blog on Nov 3, Anna writes it. And the LinkedIn post about the launch for Nov 4, draft by Friday.

What you can ask later
- “What’s publishing next week?”
- “What’s overdue for a draft?”
- “How many posts did we publish per channel this quarter?”
- “Which topics haven’t we covered since spring?”
Who can see what
- Writers edit their own pieces (one grant per person).
- Editors edit everything and set dates.
- A freelance writer sees only the pieces assigned to them.
- A scheduling script reads approved posts through the HTTP API.
How it compares with Notion, Trello or CoSchedule
Tools like CoSchedule are better at publishing straight to social channels, and Notion is better for writing drafts with images in place.
The plan is where ADoor helps: one calendar everyone updates from chat, freelancers limited to their own pieces, and answers about what’s due without opening a board.
How to start
- Sign in to ADoor, then add it to an assistant like ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Cursor through MCP.
- Tell it: “Set up a content calendar: Content (title, channel, owner, status, draft due, publish date, link).”
- Invite writers and editors, and limit freelancers to the pieces assigned to them.
Questions people ask

No. Keep the plan in ADoor and publish with your usual tools.
Can drafts live here?
Short ones can. Most teams keep a link to the draft.
What does ADoor cost?
It’s free for up to 3 tables and 100 rows. Pro is $10 a month per workspace, with 1 GB of storage and no per-GB charges.
Can I export everything?
Yes, as CSV or JSON, whenever you want. Ask your assistant for the export or download it yourself.
