Track subscriptions
Every subscription you pay for, with the price, the billing cycle and the renewal date. Ask what renews this month, or what you’d save by cancelling the ones you don’t use.
An example
@ADoor I pay 11.99 a month for Spotify, renews on the 3rd. Adobe is 239 a year, renews March 14. And I just started a Duolingo trial that ends Oct 27.
ADoor Added 3 entries to Subscriptions
What you can ask later
- “What renews in the next 30 days?”
- “How much do I pay for subscriptions per year in total?”
- “Which trials end this week?”
- “What haven’t I used since summer?”
Who can see what
- Only you by default.
- Your household can each add their own subscriptions (one grant per person) to one shared list, so you see the family total and spot duplicates.
- One person can get read access to Price and Renews only, without seeing your notes.
How it compares with a subscription manager app
Rocket Money can find subscriptions for you by reading your bank transactions, and some will cancel them on your behalf. ADoor does neither.
ADoor gives you one list you control. Add each subscription in a sentence, ask on Monday what renews soon, and let each person in the household add theirs too.
How to start
- Open an assistant like ChatGPT, Claude, Grok or Cursor and connect ADoor through MCP.
- Tell it: “Keep a list of my subscriptions: service, price, billing cycle, renewal date, and whether I still use it.”
- Go through one bank statement with your assistant to catch the ones you forgot.
Questions people ask
Will ADoor warn me before a renewal?
ADoor itself doesn’t send alerts. Ask ChatGPT or Claude to run a scheduled task every Monday that checks what renews in the next two weeks and tells you.
Can I see the yearly total?
Yes. Ask for it, and your assistant converts monthly prices to a year.
How much does ADoor cost?
The free plan holds 3 tables and 100 rows, enough to start a list like this. Pro is $10 a month per workspace, with 1 GB of storage and no per-GB charges.
What if I want to leave?
Export each list as CSV or JSON and take it with you.
