# Plan your travel

Places you want to see someday, what’s booked for the next trip, and notes on where you loved eating. Ask your assistant for the bookings in order, or where on your list is warm in February.

**You:** Booked the Lisbon flight, TP 761 on Nov 14 at 10:05, and the hotel in Alfama for 4 nights. Save Taberna da Rua das Flores as a place to eat, a friend said it's great.

## What you can ask later

## Who can see what

- **Only you** by default.
- **Someone you travel with** can get read access to one trip’s bookings, plus add access to Places.
- **A house sitter** can read the flight times only.

## How it compares with TripIt or a notes app

TripIt is better at reading confirmation emails automatically and alerting you to flight changes. Google Maps lists are better for seeing places on a map.

## How to start

Not on the free plan, which holds 3 tables and 100 rows. Pro is $10 a month per workspace, with 1 GB of storage and no per-GB charges.

### Can I take access back?

Yes, at any time. It applies from their next request, and their earlier entries stay with their name on them.
